Cassandra has been marketing real estate since 2005. With her background in graphic design and communications, she customizes each marketing strategy for each unique property. Creating traditional marketing tools such as property feature sheets and postcards to maintaining Dan’s online presence and portfolio through social media and video, Cassandra completes the team by providing custom in-house, high-quality marketing to showcase your property at its best.
As a client-care specialist, she ensures that all of Dan’s clients have the information they need when buying or selling their home.

Dale has a strong foundation and background in service, sales and marketing. Richard Tak has been serving the North Shore Real Estate market for a long time. Having lived in West Vancouver for all of his life, Richard knows why the North Shore is so special.

Before Real Estate, Richard successfully owned his own business for 9 years. Being able to own and practice a successful business gave Richard the right tools to excel in Real Estate.

Richard served the North Shore Real Estate market for 28 years as a licensed Realtor. Now, with his vast knowledge of the markets in West and North Vancouver, his support and advice continue to be a huge benefit to Dan and the Pigott Properties Group.
